There really is a number on the scale or an image in the mirror that makes you happy. When you go over that number, you are upset, disappointed and defeated. People have a picture of themselves that makes them happy. It’s not based on what other people think, it’s the number on the scale and the way of looking that makes YOU happy. Not honoring that, holds you back from developing your own self-confidence and live fully. The amount you’re off equals what you won’t believe in for yourself.
Come learn in this workshop how to keep your word to yourself – whether it be your diet, your exercise regimen or both.
